3, 8, and 13 must rescue 10 from the evil clutches of 4. Do they succeed?
Olivia Dunham, Clint Barton, and Walter Bishop must rescue Britta Perry from the evil clutches of Captain Awesome. It's a touch and go battle, considering that Captain Awesome's been secretly Russian this time, and he pulls the ultimate deadpan defense. Hawkeye gives him a good battle in the cargo area of the Helicarrier (but gets knocked out), Walter Bishop throws Fringe science at him (but is distracted by Red Vines), so it's up to Olivia to Dunham him. Hooray! Britta Perry is saved!
6 and 9 meet at a rock-paper-scissors tournament only to find out they must face each other in the championship round. Do they let their competition stand in the way of their burgeoning relationship?
It's a brief, but torrid affair between the Russian and aristocrat as Natasha Romanoff and Mary Crawley share pretzels and watch the other decimate the competition. There are sweet nothings murmured to each other as the competition falls; Natasha tells Mary of the cold days of Mother Russia, and Mary gives her bored recitals of the Season in London. It's a match made in a very scary part of heaven. In the end, though, Mary's pride proves too great for both of them. Her rock beats Natasha's scissors, smashing their newfound love to a pulp.
