The one we go write at is really nifty because it's a community, co-op bread co, the only one in St. Louis. Basically, you pay what you want to for the food and they always have lots of bread for sale in the bakery area. I always pay full price because it's a neat place that's always well-staffed in an area where a lot of people need jobs. I had the mac'n'cheese today, which was delightful.
