I think Cat Sith is alive - Harry just knocked him into Lake Michigan, is all. Mab can grab him freeze him in ice for a while like she did to Lea, and drive that Nemesis right out of his head. Heaven knows he was trying to fight the infestation on his own. And once he's cured he can go back to being the homicidal devil-cat we know and love.
Molly...yeah, mixed feelings. I think it makes Harry's escape from the Knighthood both more urgent and more difficult - he might have years of experience fighting off malign mental influences, but Molly had just barely started getting her shit together arguably for the first time since she manifested, so who knows what the Lady's mantle will do to her. Harry needs to find some massive favor to pull in exchange for getting her out of there. Unless it turns out she likes it, I guess.
I'm thinking getting Mother Winter's walking stick back might do the trick. Ebenezar, care to give it up? :P
