Nano Day 1 Updates

Attempting to write this in the twenty-minute window where the cold meds allow me to be coherent, but given that I’m using a generic brand and seem to have the immune system of a zombie, this probably won’t work out well for any of the parties involved.
Last night (well, this morning) I completed the final chapter of anything Fates-related by penning the final words of The Bank Job, the story where I co-wrote two chapters two years ago and single-handedly wrote two chapters this year. It’s a little amusing to me that my final venture into the world of Fates involves something that I partially cowrote with my great beta, Maximus, given how many hours we’ve spent, talking late into the night about how the plotting for Fates should go.
I suppose I should feel more of a sense of accomplishment, but I still have six more stories to finish in November.

sabra_n is still without power. We’ve been sending text messages back and forth. I’m imagining her wrapped up in a crazy amount of blankets, glaring at a computer screen with a Not Connected to the Internet page.
Sister and I are both doing Nanowrimo. We hit the daily word count at a write-in last night, which was hilarious to me since I spent the first hour editing and staring at the ceiling (while sniffling and going through half of a box of tissues).
Current wordcount: 2871
Current project: The Abbey 07
Project on deck: The Abbey 08
